Our Guarantee Policy
At Planthropi, we are dedicated to delivering healthy, vibrant plants and trees to your doorstep. If your plants arrive significantly damaged or beyond recovery, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. Successful plant transitions depend on proper care and suitable conditions, so our guarantee does not cover plants purchased for the wrong climate zone or those that haven’t been cared for properly.
Reporting Damage or Issues
If your plants arrive in poor condition, we ask that you email clear photos of the entire plant to sales@planthropi.com within five days of delivery. This helps us assess the situation quickly and determine the best course of action. Please note:
· Photos must clearly show the damage or confirm the plant's condition upon arrival.
· Claims submitted without photos or after the five-day window cannot be considered for replacements or store credit.
· Decisions regarding replacements or credits will be made solely by Planthropi based on the evidence provided.
Issues After Planting
If you experience problems with your plants within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately. After reviewing your concerns, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include issuing store credit for a replacement. This decision will be subject to our terms and conditions.
