At Planthropi, we strive to make your plant delivery experience as seamless and reliable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, destinations, and policies:

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure your plants arrive safely and on time. These reliable express ground carriers help us deliver fresh greenery directly to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $19.95 for orders under $199

Free Shipping: Orders over $199

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary during promotions.

 

Order Processing Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. In cases of extreme weather, we may delay shipping to protect your plants, and we’ll notify you of any delays.

 

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days, depending on your location. Please note that:

 

Business days are Monday through Friday (no shipping on weekends or holidays).

Additional time may be needed during inclement weather or high-demand periods.

Planthropi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

 

Shipping to California

Due to USDA regulations, plants shipped to California must undergo pest and disease inspections before leaving our facility. Inspections occur weekly on Tuesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following week after inspection.

 

Indoor and Patio Plants

We avoid shipping indoor and delicate plants on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent extended time in transit. If you have questions about specific plants, please contact us.

 

Delivery Details and Issues

To ensure successful delivery:

·      Double-check your shipping address during checkout.

·      Include apartment or unit numbers if applicable.

·      Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for any address changes.

 

We do not ship to PO boxes, and once a package is in transit, address changes are not possible. Undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

·      Carrier Delays: Contact the carrier directly for updates or request to hold the shipment at their nearest location to avoid additional fees.

·      Lost or Stolen Packages: Email us at sales@planthropi.com immediately. We’ll file a claim with the carrier, which may take up to 30 days for resolution.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

·      Refuse delivery if possible, so it’s returned to us directly.

·      If accepted, email us photos of the damaged box and plants at sales@planthropi.com.
